Abstract:

Laser Üretim Yöntemleri çok sayıdaki üstünlükleri nedeniyle savunma sanayinde konvansiyonel üretim yöntemlerinin yerine tercih edilmektedir. Kara, deniz, hava askeri silahların, makinaların, cihazların yapımlarında laser üretim yöntemleri, özellikle laser kaynağının kullanımı yaygınlaşmaktadır. Teknik ve ekonomik açıdan daha elverişli askeri araç ve gereç tasarımlarının gerçekleştirilmesi, laser kaynak yöntemlerinin uygulanması ile günümüzde mümkün olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, savunma sanayinde, uçak ve havacılık sektöründe yaygın kullanılan kaynak yöntemlerinin uygulanabilirlik, enerji sarfiyatı, hız ve kalite açısından bir karşılaştırması yapılmaktadır. Savunma sanayinde, laser kaynak yöntemlerinin kaynak dikişlerin üstünlükleri tartışmaya sunulmaktadır.
