TBDY 2018 Yönetmeliğinde Verilen Süneklik Düzeyi Yüksek Betonarme Taşıyıcı Sistemler için Maliyet ve Deprem Performansı Bakımından Bir Karşılaştırma

Bu çalışmada, “Deprem Etkilerinin Tamamının Moment Aktaran Süneklik Düzeyi Yüksek Betonarme Çerçevelerle Karşılandığı Taşıyıcı Sistemler” ile “Deprem Etkilerinin Tamamının Süneklik Düzeyi Yüksek Boşluksuz Betonarme Perdelerle Karşılandığı Taşıyıcı Sistemler” maliyet ve deprem performansları bakımından karşılaştırmalı olarak irdelenmiştir. Bu amaçla 18 katlı konut tipi bir bina esas alınmış ve her iki taşıyıcı sistemi karşılaştırmak üzere STA4CAD yazılımında iki farklı model hazırlanmıştır. Türkiye Bina Deprem Yönetmeliği-2018 (TBDY 2018) esas alınarak yapılan analizlerden her iki modelle elde edilen maliyetler karşılaştırılmıştır. Çok Modlu İtme Yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen eleman hasar durumları üzerinden yapılan değerlendirmede perdeli modelin deprem performansının çerçeveli modelin performansından daha iyi olduğu gözlenmiştir. Kaba yapı maliyeti esas alınarak yapılan karşılaştırmada, deprem etkilerinin tamamının betonarme perdelerle karşılandığı taşıyıcı sistem modelinin, deprem etkilerinin tamamının betonarme çerçeveler ile karşılandığı taşıyıcı sistem modeline kıyasla daha ekonomik olduğu gözlenmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, the "Transporting Systems in which all of the earthquake effects are matched with high concrete frameworks" and the "Transporting Systems in which all of the earthquake effects are matched with high empty concrete wheels" were compared in terms of cost and earthquake performance. For this purpose, a 18-storey housing type building was built and two different models were prepared in the STA4CAD software to compare both carrier systems. The costs of the analysis based on the Building Earthquake Regulation of Turkey-2018 (TBDY 2018) were compared to both models. Analysis by using the Multi-Modular Drawing Method resulted in the assessment of the element damage conditions that were obtained on the basis of the ratio model's earthquake performance was better than the ratio model's performance. In comparison based on the harsh cost of construction, the carrier system model where all the earthquake effects are met with concrete curtains was observed to be more economical than the carrier system model where all the earthquake effects are met with concrete frameworks.

In this study, the structural systems in which seismic loads are fully resisted by frames and the structural systems in which seismic loads are fully resisted by solid structural walls are comparatively examined in terms of cost and earthquake performance. For this purpose, an 18-storey residential building was taken as basis and two different models were prepared in the STA4CAD software to compare both structural systems. In accordance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Code-2018 (TBEC 2018), the costs obtained for both models were compared. Analyzes were made using the Repulsion Analysis with Incremental Mode Combination Method and it was observed that the earthquake performance of the curtain model was better than the performance of the framed model in the evaluation made on the element damage. In the comparison made on the basis of cost, it has been observed that the structural system model, in which seismic loads are fully resisted by solid structural walls, is more economical than the structural system model in which seismic loads are fully resisted by frames.
