Abstract:

Today’s work environment can be transformed into a one-made production environment by allowing creativity to evolve. Doing creative and entrepreneurial work without doing the same job, without speaking the same language, without living the same life but sharing the same environment is seen as the work culture of recent years. The "shared offices" also host entrepreneurial and creative actions and enable them to take place. In particular, as a place of work and interaction towards socialization, this understanding is preferred by employees. It is believed that the role of shared offices in the formal and informal work system, the role they play in the production of thought, the communication methods affect the creativity of the employee. From this point of view, the purpose of the research can be identified in the form of the discovery and resolution of spatial codes that trigger creativity in shared offices. The research was made up of two sections in the first literature scan. In the second part, the results were discussed by the local code determined through the workshops and habitat shared offices with similar and different dynamics. It is believed that the study may be based on research and space designs on the future of creative workplaces.
