Abstract:

Bu nitel araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesi dönemindeki çocuklara vatanseverlik değerini kazandırırken öğretmenlerin kullandıkları etkinlikleri tespit etmektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum araştırması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada çalışma grubu Eskişehir ili, Tepebaşı ilçesinde bulunan anaokullarında görev yapan toplam 10 okul öncesi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu yardımıyla toplanmış ve görüşme formunun güvenirliği uzman görüşleri ile sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, betimsel analiz tekniği ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına bakıldığında, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin öğrencilerine vatanseverlik değerini kazandırırken kullandığı etkinlerin ortak özelliği, bu değeri öğrencilere hissettirmeye çalışarak öğretmeleridir. Bu bağlamda öğretmenlerin en çok kullandıkları etkinlik türü drama olmuştur. Drama yönteminin, öğrenciyi aktif kılmada, kendilerini daha iyi hissetmelerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

Identifying the activities that teachers use when giving children a patriotic value

The purpose of this quality research is to identify the activities that teachers use while giving children in the pre-school period the value of patriotism. The research has been used by the research model of quality research. The study group consists of a total of 10 pre-school teachers who work in the school in the province of Eskişehir, Tepebaşı. The data is collected with the help of a semi-configured interview form and the confidence of the interview form is provided with expert opinions. The data obtained is analyzed using the imagistic analysis technique. In view of the research findings, the common feature of the effects that pre-school teachers use when giving their students a patriotic value is that they teach by trying to make students feel that value. In this context, the type of activity that teachers use most was the drama. The drama method has been shown to be effective in making the student active, making them feel better.

This qualitative research aims to identify the activities used by the teachers while providing patriotism to the children in a pre-school period. In the study, the status research pattern was used from the qualitative research designs. The study group consisted of 10 preschool teachers working in kindergartens located in the Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir. The data were collected using a semi-structured interview form and the reliability of the interview form was provided by expert opinions. The data were analyzed with descriptive analysis technique. When the research findings are examined, the common feature of the activities that preschool teachers use to gain patriotism value is to teach this value to the students by making them feel that they are. In this context, the most frequently used type of activity was drama. It was found that the drama method was effective in making the student active and feeling better.
