Bitlis İlinin Rüzgâr Enerjisi Potansiyelinin İstatistiksel Analizi

Bu çalışmada, Bitlis ilinin rüzgâr enerji potansiyeli, Bitlis meteoroloji istasyonunda onar dakikalık olarak ölçülen rüzgâr verileri kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Rüzgâr verilerinin istatistiksel analizinde, Weibull dağılımı kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, rüzgâr hızı ve güç yoğunluğunun ortalama değeri hem gözlemlenen hem de Weibull dağılımına göre belirlenmiştir. Weibull dağılımına göre yıllık ortalama rüzgâr hızı ve güç yoğunluğu değerleri sırasıyla 3.26 m/s ve 49.77 W/m2 olarak bulunmuştur. Rüzgar hızının yönlere göre değişimi belirlenmiş ve hakım rüzgar yönünün %27.5 frekans değerinde Güney-Güneybatı istikametinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Rüzgâr verilerinin gözlemlenen ile Weibull dağılımı sonuçlarının birbirine yakın olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca rüzgâr hızı ve güç yoğunluğunun yüksekliğe göre değişimi belirlenmiştir.

Statistical Analysis of the Wind Energy Potential

Abstract:

In this study, the wind energy potential of the Bitlis province was investigated using wind data measured as a repair minute at Bitlis meteorological station. In the statistical analysis of wind data, Weibull distribution was used. As a result of the analysis, the average value of wind speed and power intensity was determined according to both the observed and Weibull distribution. According to Weibull distribution, the average annual wind speed and power intensity values were 3.26 m/s and 49.77 W/m2 respectively. The wind speed has been determined by direction and the wind direction is located in the south-southwest position at a frequency of 27.5%. Wind data observed and the results of Weibull distribution were found close to each other. There is also a change in wind speed and power intensity according to the height.
