Araştırmanın birinci amacı, Niğde ili merkez ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri ile beden eğitimi ve spor derslerini okutan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre, mevcut beden eğitimi ve spor tesis, araç ve gereçlerinin envanterini ve okulların mahalli spor tesis, araç ve gereçlerinden yararlanma durumlarını tespit etmektir. İkinci amacı ise beden eğitimi ve spor dersinin amaçlarına uygun olarak ne düzeyde okutulup okutulamadığını belirlemektir. Bu amaçla gerekli yasal izinler alınarak, öğretmenler için düzenlenen bilgi edinme formu uygulanmış ve bulgular frekans ve yüzde dağılım olarak tablolar halinde verilmiştir. Bulgulara göre ilköğretim okullarının beden eğitimi ve spor dersi için yeterli tesis, araç ve gereçleri bulunmadığı, bu eksikliği gidermek için mahalli spor tesis, araç ve gereçlerinden büyük oranda yararlanılamadığı anlaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak beden eğitimi ve spor dersinin amaçlarına uygun olarak okutulamadığı, öğrencilerin ihtiyaç duydukları temel oyun ve sportif yarışmalardan uzak kaldığı anlaşılmıştır. Dolayısıyla beden eğitimi ve spor dersinin amaçlarına uygun okutulabilmesi için, bu dersi okutan öğretmenlerin konuyla ilgili görüş ve tespitlerine ihtiyaç vardır.
The first goal of the study is to determine the inventory of the existing physical education and sports facilities, tools and equipment and the condition of schools using from the local sports facilities, tools and equipment according to the views of physical education and sports teachers and teachers who lectures on physical education and sports lessons working in the primary schools of Niğde city center. The second goal of the course is to determine that to what extent the physical education and sports course is applied in accordance with the objectives of the course. For this purpose, the questionnaire forms were issued to teachers after the necessary legal permissions were obtained and the findings have been given as tables in frequency and percentage distribution. According to the findings, it is understood that primary schools do not have sufficient facilities, tools and equipment for physical education and sports, and that local sports facilities, tools and equipment cannot be used to fill this deficiency. As a result, it is concluded that physical education and sports lessons cannot be conducted in accordance with its objectives and the students are deprived of basic games and sports competitions they need. Therefore, in order to be able to teach the physical education and sports course according to the objectives of this lesson, there is a need for teachers' opinions and determinations about this subject.
