Türk kültürünün maddî unsurları içinde Türk halı ve düz dokuma (kilim, cicim, zili, sumak) sanatı ürünlerinin çok önemli bir yeri vardır. Nesnelerin taklit edilmesiyle ortaya çıkan somut şekiller veya dünya görüşünün, duyguların ve düşüncelerin aktarılmasıyla beliren soyut şekiller halı ve düz dokumalardaki yanışları ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu ürünlerde çok farklı şekillerde ve renklerde görülen yanışlar, çeşitli alfabelerle yazıya geçirilen Türkçe gibi binlerce yıllık Türk tarihinin, duygu ve düşünce dünyasının izlerini günümüze kadar taşıyan Türk kültürünün görsel bir kütüphanesi özelliği taşımaktadır. İnsan var olduğu andan itibaren duygu ve düşüncelerini çeşitli iletişim kodları ve kanallarıyla ifade etmektedir. Bu ifade biçimlerinden biri olan sanatı da bir dil olarak değerlendirmek mümkündür. Duygu ve düşüncelerin bir ifade biçimi veya “dil”i olarak değerlendirilebilen yanışlar, halı ve düz dokuma yaygılardaki şekliyle (görsel sanat) ve adıyla; göstergelerin temel özellikleri olan “başka bir şeyin (durum, eylem, varlık) yerini tutarak onu temsil etme, bir ileti/mesaj (bilgi) iletme ve bu sayede de bir iletişimi gerçekleştirme” özelliklerine sahip olmaları nedeniyle gerek “biçim” gerekse bu biçimlere verilen “ad”larla birer gösterge özelliği taşımaktadır. Göstergebilim araştırmalarında daha önce örnek olarak yer verilmeyen yanışlar, bu çalışmada birer gösterge türü olarak değerlendirilecek ve göstergebilim açısından incelenecektir.
In the material elements of Turkish culture there is a very important place in Turkish carpet and straight textures (kilim, cicim, zili, sumak) art products. Substantial shapes arising from the imitation of things or abstract shapes arising from the transmission of the world view, feelings and thoughts have revealed errors in the roof and straight texts. The errors seen in very different forms and colors in these products carry a visual library of the Turkish culture, which carries the traces of the thousands of years of Turkish history, the world of feelings and thoughts, written with different alphabets, to the present day. From the moment that man exists, he expresses his feelings and thoughts through various communication codes and channels. It is also possible to consider the art as a language. The errors that feelings and thoughts can be considered as a form of expression or "language" in the form of the mattress and straight textures in the general form (visual art) and in the name; the main characteristics of the indicators, because they have the characteristics of "representing it by holding the place of something else (situation, action, existence), transmitting a message/information (information) and thus realizing a communication" or "form" if necessary, the characteristics of the indicator with the "name" given to these forms. The errors that have not previously been included as an example in the indicator research will be assessed as a type of indicator in this study and will be studied in the indicator perspective.
