Abstract:

Preterm doğumları engellemede genel önlemler ve tokolitik tedaviler çoğunlukla başarısız olmaktadır. Doğum öncesi anneye verilen deksametazon ve betametazon, fetal akciğer gelişimini hızlandırarak erken doğan bebeklerde respiratuvar distres sendromu sıklığını azaltmaktadır. Mevcut derlemede, antenatal kortikosteroit tedavisine dairson gelişmeler tartışılmıştır. Yeni bulgular, antenatal kortikosteroit tedavisinin deksametazon yerine betametazon kullanılarak 26–36. gebelik haftaları arasında, tek veyaaz 14 gün aralık ile iki kür uygulama şeklinde yapılmasına işaret etmektedir.

Abstract:

General measures and tokolithic treatments in prevention of premature birth are often failure. Deksametazone and betametazone given to the pre-born mother, accelerating fetal lungs development, reduces the frequency of respiratory distraction syndrome in premature babies. In the present edition, the latest developments in the treatment of antenatal corticosteroids have been discussed. New findings indicate that the treatment of anthanatal corticosteroid is done in the form of two cures of application between the 26-36 weeks of pregnancy, using betametazone instead of dexametazone.
