Hadislerin muhtevasının izahı, ahkâmının izharı ve belli bir zaman diliminde söylenen bir sözün sonraki asırlara ışık tutacak enginlikte beyanı adına şerhler önemli birer kaynaktır. Hayatını ilme adayan ve velüd bir âlim olan Nevevî, Hz. Peygamber’in sözlerinin daha iyi kavranabilmesi adına başta el-Minhâc adlı şerh olmak üzere farklı türde sayısız eser kaleme almıştır. Yazdığı pek çok eserde olduğu gibi el-Minhâc eseri ile Nevevî, şerh edebiyatında birçok açıdan öncü konumda yer almıştır. Sistematik yapısı, kaynak zenginliği, muhteva çeşitliliği ve tasnif şekli ile kendisinden önceki Müslim şerhlerinden temayüz eden el-Minhâc, gerek metot gerekse muhteva yönüyle sonraki birçok şerhe kaynaklık etmiştir. Siyasî ve fikrî açıdan sancılı bir asırda ve münbit bir coğrafyada yaşayan Nevevî, mezkûr şerhi ile yaygınlaşan medrese geleneğine hizmet edecek, ifsad edici fikrî cereyanlara cevap verecek ve dönemindeki düşünce yapısını sonraki kuşaklara nakledecek bir eser meydana getirmiştir. Biz bu çalışmamızda Nevevî’nin Sahîh-i Müslim’e dair yazmış olduğu el-Minhâc şerhindeki metodunu konu edindik. Bu esnada Nevevî’nin ne dediğinden ziyade niçin dediğini belirlemeyi gaye edindik. Genel hatları ile de olsa hadislerin nasıl tahlil edildiğinin işaretlerini verdik. Sened zincirinin izahında izhar edilen incelikleri ve metnin inşasında verilen emekleri sergiledik. Vâkî olan müşkiller karşısında beliren fıkhî melekeye, tevil vesilesiyle kullanılan kaynak ve muhteva zenginliğine şahitlik ettik. Nihayetinde ise şerh edebiyatında önemli bir kilometre taşı olan bir eserin metodolojisini bir nebze de olsa tespitini hedefledik.
The explanation of the greatness of the hadiths, the explanation of the ahkham and the declaration of a word spoken in a certain period of time will keep the light to the following centuries, the sherhems are an important source. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was the first and most prominent of the Qur’an, and the first and most prominent of the Qur’an. As in many works he wrote, El-Minhâc’s work and Nevevî, he has been in the leading position in many aspects of the literature. His systematic structure, resource wealth, the diversity of the muhteva and the form of the tasnif and the former Muslim sherh al-Minhâc, which has been linked to him before him, has been linked to many of the following sherh in the direction of the muhteva. Nevevi, who lives in a political and intellectual punishment century and in a monumental geography, will serve the medrese tradition that spreads with the mosquito, will respond to expressive intellectual creation and has created a work that will transfer its thought structure to the next generations. In this work, we discussed the method of the El-Minhâc in which Nevevi’s Sahîh-i Muslim was written. So we’ve got to know why it’s better than what he said. We have given the signs of how the hadiths were tested. We showed the subtleties expressed in the Sened chain and the work done in the text building. And we saw the angels, and the worshipers, and the worshipers, and the worshipers, and the worshipers. Finally, we aimed at identifying the methodology of a work that is an important kilometre stone in the literature.
The explanation of the content of the hadiths and declaration shed light to next century of the statement in a certain period of time is an important resource. Imam Al-Nawevi, a scholar who devoted science to his life, wrote a number of different works including el-Minhâc in order to comprehend the words of the Prophet. Nawevi was a Pioneer in many aspects of commentary literature with el-Minhac as in many of his works. El-Minhâc with the systematic structure, wealth of resources, variety of contents and distinguished from the Muslim commentaries before him has been the source of many subsequent commentary both content and method. Nawevi who lived in a painful century in the political and intellectual sphere, created a work that would serve to madrassa tradition, respond to the intellectual currents and convey the thought structure in his period. In this study, we have dealt with the method on commentary work called el-Minhâc to the Muslim’s Sahih of author. In the meantime, we took as a goal to determine why Nawevi said rather why he said. We have given signs of how the hadith has been analyzed. We have demonstrated works given in the construction of the text. We have witnessed to the fiqh ability, used the source and wealthy of content. Finally, we aimed to determine the methodology of a work which is an important milestone in the commentary literature.
