Edward Benjamin Britten 20. Yüzyılın önemli İngiliz bestecilerinden biridir. Orkestra, opera, bale, koro, solo süit, oda müziği, vokal müzik ve film müzikleri gibi eserleri ile çok yönlü bir bestecidir. Bestecilik yıllarının ilk dönemlerinde film müzikleri ve operaya yönelmiş olsa da 1960 yılında dünyaca ünlü viyolonsel sanatçısı Mstislav Rostropovich ile tanıştıktan sonra on yıl boyunca viyolonsel için besteler yapmaya başlamıştır. Viyolonselin dışında gitar, piyano, viyola, obua timpani için de solo eserler bestelemiştir. Edward Benjamin Britten, altı adet viyolonsel eseriyle viyolonsel repertuarına önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Op. 65 Viyolonsel ve Piyano için sonat, Op. 68 Viyolonsel Senfonisi, Op. 72, Op. 80, Op. 87 3 adet Viyolonsel Süiti ve Tema 'Sacher viyolonsel için yazdığı eserlerdir. Bu araştırmada No.1 Op 72 solo viyolonsel süitinin kısa bir incelemesi yer almaktadır. Bu eseri seslendirmek isteyen çalıcılar için kısa bir bilgilendirme, eseri tanımak ve tanıtmak bu araştırmanın başlıca amacıdır. Ayrıca çalıcılar için bazı çalışma tavsiyeleri de araştırmanın içinde yer almaktadır.
Edward Benjamin Britten. He is one of the most important British composers of the century. He is a diverse composer with works such as orchestra, opera, ballet, coro, solo suits, room music, vocal music and film music. Although in the early periods of his composition years he turned to film music and opera, in 1960 after meeting the world-famous violin artist Mstislav Rostropovich, he began to make compositions for violin for a decade. In addition to Violoncelin, he also composed solo works for guitar, piano, violin, obua timpani. Edward Benjamin Britten has made a significant contribution to the violin repertoire with six violin works. and op. 65 Sonate for violin and piano, Op. 68 Viyolonal Symphony, Op. 72 of Op. 80 and Op. 87 3 pieces of Violons Suite and Theme 'Sacher' are works written for Violons. This study contains a brief review of the No.1 Op 72 solo violet suite. The main objective of this research is to give short information, recognize and promote the work for the singers who want to speak this work. Also, some study advice for the casters is also included in the research.

Although he focused on film music and opera in the early stages of his composing years, he started composing for the cello for ten years after meeting the world-famous cello artist Mstislav Rostropovich in 1960. Apart from the cello, he also composed solo works for guitar, piano, viola and oboe timpani. Edward Benjamin Britten made significant contributions to the cello repertoire with his six cello works. Kiss. 65 Sonata for Cello and Piano, Op. 68 Cello Symphony, Op. 72, Op. 80, Op. 87 3 Cello Suites and Themes 'Sacher wrote for cello. This research includes a brief review of the No.1 Op 72 solo cello suite. A brief briefing for the players who want to sing this piece, getting to know and introducing the piece is the main purpose of this research. In addition, some study recommendations for players are also included in the research.
