Iğdır İli Büyükbaş Hayvan Yetiştiriciliğinin Yapısal Analizi

Abstract:

Bu araştırma Iğdır ilinde sığır yetiştiriciliği yapan işletmelerinin yapısını ve mevcut durumunu incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 162 işletme sahibiyle soru ve cevap şeklinde anket yapılmıştır. Veriler 2 (ki-kare) testi ile analiz edilerek, yüzdelik değerler şeklinde verilmiştir. İşletmecilerin ortalama yaşları 44.9±1.0 olarak, işletmelerde ortalama 86.5±5.7 dekar arazi olduğu, bu arazilerin 74.8±4.1 dekarı sulu, 11.7±3.8 kuru tarım arazilerinde oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletme başına düşen ortalama sığır 20.9±1.3 baş olarak belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiricilerin %84.0 oranında ahırları geleneksel ve %16.0’sı modern olarak yapıldığı, işletmelerin sahip oldukları ahırların %88.3’ünün kapalı-bağlı, diğerlerinin ise açık-serbest ve yarı açık sırasıyla %3.7 ve %8.0 oranlarında ahır tiplerine sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiricilerin bölgede barınak yapımında %53.7 oranında betonarme (tuğla vs.), %31.5’inin taş + kerpiç, %12.4’ünün taş ve %2.4’ünün ise sadece kerpiç kullandıkları belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiricilerin %74.1’inin kayıt tuttuğu ve %25.9’unun ise tutmadığı belirlenmiştir. Yetiştiricilerin %82.1’i bir hayvancılık organizasyonuna kayıtlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerde sağımın %54.3’ü seyyar sağım makinesiyle, %38.3 elle, %1.9’u sağım ünitesiyle ve %5.6’sı elle+seyyar makine ile yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. İşletmelerde %80.8 oranında meme temizliği yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, yetiştiricilerin hayvan bakım ve beslenmesi konusunda yeterli bilgi ve araziye sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Bu nedenle yetiştiricilerin modern sığır çiftlikleri kurmaları teşvik edilmelidir.

This research was conducted in order to investigate the structure and current status of the livestock farming enterprises in the Iğdır province. The survey included 162 business owners in the form of questions and answers. The data were analyzed by the 2 (ki-quare) test, given in the form of percentage values. The average age of entrepreneurs is 44.9±1.0; the average age of entrepreneurs is 86.5±5.7 hectares; the average age of entrepreneurs is 74.8±4.1 hectares; the average age of entrepreneurs is 11.7±3.8 hectares; the average age of entrepreneurs is 86.5±5.7 hectares. The average cattle per enterprise is 20.9±1.3 heads. 84,0% of farmers have traditional and 16.0% are modern, 88,3% of the farmers own are closed-linked, while the rest are open-free and semi-open, 3.7% and 8% respectively. They have a number of kinds of grapes. It is estimated that 53.7 per cent of farmers in the area’s shelter construction used concrete (cotton, etc.), 31.5 per cent of stone + stone, 12.4 per cent of stone and 2.4 per cent of stone. 74.1% of farmers have registered and 25.9% have not registered. 82.1% of farmers are registered in an animal organization. In, 54.3 percent of the supply is made by hand supply machine, 38.3 percent by hand supply unit, 1.9 percent by hand supply unit and 5.6 percent by hand supply machine. It is estimated that 80.8 percent of the breasts are cleaned in. As a result, it has been determined that farmers have sufficient knowledge and land in the care and nutrition of animals. Therefore, farmers should be encouraged to build modern livestock farms.

Structural Analysis Of Cattle Breeding In Igdir Province

Abstract:

This research is conducted to determine general structural characteristics and current situation of cattle breeding enterprises in Igdir province a questionnaire is applied to 162 enterprise owners in the research. Obtained data are subjected to 2 (chi-square) analyses and presented in percentages. The mean age of the owners is found as 44.9±1.0. The mean land property of the enterprises is 86.5±5.7 decares, 74.8±4.1 decares of which consist of irrigated lands while 11.7±3.8 decares are dry agricultural lands. Numbers of cattle per enterprise are determined as 20.9±1.3 head. 84% of the producers have traditional barns while the remaining 16% have modern barns. 88.3% of the barns are closed-system barns while 3.7% and 8.0% have corral-type- and shed barns. Concrete (bricks, etc.) is used in the construction of 53.7% of the barns in the region while stone + mud bricks are used in 31.5%. Only stone is used in the construction of 12.4% and only mud bricks used in 2.4%. 74.1% of the breeders keep records while the remaining 25.9% do not keep records. 82.1% of the breeders are registered with a breeders’ organization. Milking is made by mobile milking machines in 54.3% of the enterprises. Milking is made by hand in 38.3% of the enterprises, while it is made by milking unit in 1.9% and by hand + mobile milking machine in 5.6%. 80.8% of the enterprises carry out udder cleaning. As a result, it is determined that the breeders have sufficient knowledge on animal care and nutrition and adequate land for breeding. Thus, the breeders should be encouraged for establishment of modern enterprises.
