Abstract:

The use of external resources is often seen as a beneficial approach to bringing costs down, providing a competitive advantage. The fields of logistics and information systems are the areas that are the most commonly used in this sense. This study was done to measure the satisfaction of companies using external resources in their logistics activities and the quality of the service they received. In line with this goal, the logistics sector, the competitive strategies of the companies, the use of external resources in the companies, the service sector, the variety of services, the quality of the service issues have been addressed. The information required to be obtained in the research conducted in companies using external resources in the East Turkistan region is how satisfied the companies using one or several external resources services are with these services, having a problem with the services they use. They do not experience, which services or services they are most satisfied, the changes in the external resource use rates in the last four years and the assessments of external logistics resource services. In the study, the use of external resource services by companies has been tested with hypotheses that the perceptions of the lower dimensions of the service quality scale differ or not.
