Disadvantaged groups are one of the important issues of social policy, which appears as a science thought to act in the light of many principles such as social state and social justice. People with disabilities in this group have the right to meet their needs in common areas with the support of the state, like other people, without seeing their disabilities without feeling different from other people. For this purpose, governments provide and continue to provide many services for these groups. The aim of the study is to evaluate the perspective of the disabled individuals in Isparta by public institutions on health, transportation, urbanism, security, social relations, public expectations, employment services and to measure satisfaction with these services. For this purpose questionnaires were distributed to disabled people residing in Isparta province whether there is a difference between the perceptions of the disabled people regarding the public services given according to gender age group marital status working status income status sector social security, education, disability type and disability rate and significant differences were found as a result of analysis. Only the marital status and disability ratio of the sexes did not reveal any significant difference. With the research, it was concluded that local governments can increase the employment rates of the disabled in exchange for providing facilitating services. Statements stating that disabled people will work efficiently in return for the appropriate physical facilities of the workplaces have a high average.
