Technical Study ; Calculation  Of İnvestment Amount , Technology Selection etc. Matters  are included . The Financial Stıdy ; İncludes The Planning Of Investment Financing , Equality  and  If needed , Non Equity Financing .  İn  The Evaluation  Of  The Investment Plan ( Project ) ; Using Methods that , Do not  take in to account ; The Time Value Of Money  ( Profit  -ably Ratio , Profitability of  Equity Capital , Payback Period )  and Methods to consider , The Time Value of Money (  Internal Rate of Return , Pure Present Value , Benefit Expense Ratio  ) , According  to The Results.
