So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Tiroglossal duktus kisti (TGDK) en sık görülen konjenital kistik boyun kitlesidir. TGDK'den kaynaklanan maligniteler oldukça nadirdir. TGDK karsinomu genellikle tiroid hücrelerinden köken alır ve postoperatif dönemde teşhis edilir. Çoğunluğu papiller karsinomdur. TGDK karsinomunun kökeni hakkında iki görüş vardır, biri tiroid kaynaklı olduğu diğeri TGDK'nin kendisinden geliştiğidir. 44 yaşında boyun orta hatta ağrısız, orta sertlikte, mobil, 5x6 cm'lik kitle ile kliniğimize başvuran kadın hastaya boyundan kitle eksizyonu yapılmış ve TGDK'e bitişik tiroid dokusundan papiller karsinom saptanmıştır Bunun üzerine hastaya total tiroidektomi ve selektif boyun diseksiyonu uygulanmıştır. Makalemizde bu nadir olgu literatür ışığına tartışılmıştır.
