Makalede Türk- Alman ilişkilerinin tarihine kısa bir bakışla bu ilişkilerin XX. yüzyılın başlarında Çarlık Rusya’sının yoğun baskısı altındaki Azerbaycan basına yansıması incelenmiştir. XX. yüzyılın başları hem Osmanlı’da hem de Rusya Müslümanlarında olduğu gibi Azerbaycan’da da siyasi fikir, düşünce, eğitim ve kültürel anlamda aydınlanma dönemidir. Bu dönem aynı zamanda Çarlık Rusya’sının baskı rejimine karşı Azerbaycan’da istiklal, hürriyet ve milli mücadelenin genişlediği bir dönemdir. Çalışmada bu dönemde yayınlanan dergi ve gazeteler incelenerek konuya en fazla değinen, durum değerlendirmesi ve yorumlar yapan yazarlar araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Dönem basınında Türk-Alman ilişkilerine eleştirel yaklaşım, II. Abdülhamit’in Alman emperyalizmi karşısındaki teslimiyetçi tavrı ve bu tavrın ciddi eleştirilere sebep olduğu araştırma sonucunda tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda Almanya’nın Müslümanlar arasına nifak soktuğu serzenişleri de tespitler arasındadır. Türk-Alman ilişkilerinin siyasi boyutuyla birlikte bilimsel, kültürel ve edebî anlamda da dönem basınına konu olmuştur. Özellikle Ali Bey Hüseyinzade’nin “Türkleşmek, İslamlaşmak ve Muasırlaşmak” şiarındaki muasırlaşma gayesini açıkladığı yazılarında Türk-Alman ilişkilerinin bilimsel ve kültürel önemine dikkat çekmiştir. Hem kendi yazılarında hem de editörü olduğu Füyûzat dergisindeki diğer makalelerde Avrupa bilim, edebiyat, sanat ve sanayisini öğrenmenin ve millete bunu idrak ettirmenin önemi üzerinde ısrarla durmuştur. Ali Bey Hüseyinzade, gelişme ve uygarlaşma yolunda her bir milletin kendi millî yazar ve bilginlerinin eserleriyle yetinmekle çok da ileri gidemeyeceğini, mutlaka diğer milletlerden geri kalacağını her fırsatta dile getirmiştir. Avrupa’yı taklit değil takip etmenin önemini Avrupa’daki bilimsel, edebî, kültürel gelişmelerden verdiği örneklerle anlatmıştır.
In the article, a brief look at the history of the Turkish-German relations with these relations XX. At the beginning of the century, the reflection of the Azerbaijani press under the intense pressure of Tsarish Russia was studied. The XX. The beginning of the century is a period of illumination in both Ottoman and Russian Muslims, as well as in Azerbaijan, in political ideas, thought, education and cultural sense. This period is also a period of expansion of the struggle against the pressure regime of the Tsarist Russia in Azerbaijan, freedom and national struggle. In the study, the journals and journals published in this period were studied and the writers who most referred to the subject, the situation assessment and comments were taken into the research scope. Critical approach to Turkish-German relations in the period of pressure. The investigation found that Abdülhamit’s submissionist attitude towards German imperialism and that attitude caused serious criticism. It is also among the discoveries that Germany has made among the Muslims. The political dimension of the Turkish-German relations, along with the scientific, cultural and literary aspects, has also been the subject of the period press. Specifically in his writings, Mr. Ali Husseinzade explains the purpose of the conversion in his poem "Turkish, Islamizing and Muasirizing", he highlighted the scientific and cultural importance of the Turkish-German relations. In both his writings and other articles in the Füyûzat magazine, he insisted on the importance of learning European science, literature, art and industry and making it awareness to the people. Ali Mr. Husseinzade said that in the path of development and civilization each nation cannot go too far by satisfying with the works of its own national writers and scientists, and that it will definitely be back from other nations in every opportunity. He explained the importance of following Europe, not imitating, with examples of scientific, literary, and cultural developments in Europe.
This study examines the different aspects of Turkish-German relations reflected in Azerbaijani press after a brief overview of Turkish-German historical relations. It is well-known that the beginning of the XXth century was the period of enlightenment of new political ideas, educational and cultural views in Azerbaijan just as in the Ottoman Empire, also this period was the start for movement of national liberation of Azerbaijan against the exiled regime of Tsarist Russia. This paper focuses on how Turkish and German relations was reflected in Azerbaijani press at the beginning of the XXth century which was under the intense pressure of Tsarist Russia. This study reveals that all these works show the critical approach to Turkish-German relations. Findings show that there was criticism about the exploitation and imperialist policies of the German Empire toward the Ottoman and Near East in all articles and caricatures. Particularly, Ali Bey Huseynzadeh drew attention on both military and commercial expansion policies of the German Empire and he complained about the German isolation policy towards the Ottomans. He also drew our attention on the Anatolian and Near Eastern railway construction financed by The Deutsche Bank. Ali Bey Huseynzadeh objected to Ottoman authorities, particularly II Abdulhamid’s submissive attitude towards Germany. The collected data about the relations between Turk-German in Azerbaijani press in the early XXth century have been discussed in terms of different issues as political, commercial, scientifical, and cultural aspects.
