Örgüt yönetiminde, karar verme yönetim süreçlerinin en başında yer gelir. Karar verme, örgütün amaçları doğrultusunda yollar, imkânlar ve araçlar arasından bir seçim yapmayı içeren zihinsel, bedensel ve duygusal süreçlerin toplamıdır. Örgüt dışı faktörlerden kısa zamanda fazlaca etkilenen eğitim örgütleri için, birden fazla nitelik ve nicelik içeren kriter ve amaç söz konusu olduğunda Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri öne çıkmaktadır. Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri, ölçülebilen ve ölçülemeyen stratejik ve operasyonel faktörleri aynı anda değerlendirme imkânı sağlayan, karar verme sürecine çok sayıda kişiyi dâhil edebilen analitik yöntemlerdir. Duygusal hareket etmek yerine akılcı ve analitik yöntemlerin kullanılması, karar vermede yanlılığı ortadan kaldırır, çelişkili ve işe yaramaz kararların alınmasını engeller, birçok değişkeni hesaba kattığı için çok sayıda paydaşın sürece katılmasını sağlayabilir, örgüte demokratik ve şeffaf bir yapı kazandırabilir ve örgütün verimliliğini artırarak amaçlarına ulaşmasına katkı sağlayabilir.

Abstract:

In the management of the organization, decision making is at the beginning of the management processes. Decisioning is the sum of mental, physical and emotional processes that involve making a choice between ways, possibilities and means in accordance with the objectives of the organization. For educational organizations that are excessively affected by non-organized factors in a short time, the methods of Multi-Critical Decision (MCC) are highlighted when it comes to criteria and objectives containing multiple qualities and quantities. Multi-critical decision-making methods are analytical methods that allow measurable and unmeasable strategic and operational factors to be assessed simultaneously, which can involve a large number of people in the decision-making process. The use of reasonable and analytical methods instead of emotional action eliminates misconduct in decision making, prevents the making of contradictory and ineffective decisions, can allow a large number of stakeholders to participate in the process because it takes into account many variables, can provide a democratic and transparent structure in the organization, and can contribute to achieving its goals by increasing the efficiency of the organization.
