Developed countries have increased their pressure on developing countries with the globalization process. Thus, they had the opportunity to direct the economic and social policies of developing countries. Global organizations have been influential in the implementation of these policies, whose overall framework is generally determined by developed countries. Perhaps the most important of these organizations in terms of their scope and impact is the IMF shaped by an economic and financial form and content. Cooperation with the IMF is inevitable for developing. Because developing countries have a problem of trust in economic policies. Macroeconomic indicators are corrupted, structural problems are deep, debts and external balance are unsustainable. The IMF asks for the fulfillment of certain criteria while providing assistance and support to the related countries in eliminating the economic instability. These conditions are made within the framework of Stand-by agreements. In 1961, Turkey's first stand-by agreement with the IMF relations began last stand-by agreement in 2005 and ended in 2015 with the completion of debt.
