KIRAÇ ŞARTLARDA YETİŞTİRİLEN NOHUT GEVENİ POPULASYONUNDA BAZI FENOLOJİK VE MORFOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu araştırmayla Orta Anadolu Bölgesi kıraç koşullarında nohut geveni populasyonunda (Astragalus cicer L.) morfolojik, fenolojik ve tarımsal özelliklerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İncelenen bu karakterler bakımından mevcut populasyon içinde önemli bir varyasyonun olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda üstün özellik gösteren bitkiler seçilerek bir sonraki ıslah kademesi için temel materyal elde edilmiştir. Araştırma,  2001 ve 2003 yılları arasında Tarla Bitkileri Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü’nün Haymana bulunan deneme tarlalarında yürütülmüştür. Morfolojik özellikler ortalama ana sap uzunluğu, ana sap kalınlığı, bitki yayılma çapı sırayla  69,45 cm, 5,14  mm, 106,57 cm; fenolojik özellikler ortalama ilk çiçeklenme gün sayısı, çiçeklenme gün sayısı ve meyve bağlama gün sayısı sırayla 73,96 gün, 84,07 gün ve 82,50 gün olarak tespit edilmiştir. Ortalama bitki başına verim 277,01 g (40,0- 940,0 g) olarak ölçülmüştür. Verim tahmin değeri incelenen fenolojik özellikler ile olumsuz önemli, morfolojik özellikler ile de olumlu önemli bir ilişki içerisinde bulunmuştur. Kaynak populasyon ve seçilen populasyonun incelenen özelliklerin arasındaki farklılık, yatma durumu dışında önemli bulunmuştur. Kaynak populasyonda bulunan 566 adet bitkiden üstün özellik gösteren 121 adet bitki seçilmiştir. Seçilen bitkilerden oluşan bu yeni populasyon çeşit geliştirme çalışmalarında temel materyal olarak kullanılabilir.

This study aims to identify the morphological, phenological and agricultural characteristics of the population of the nuts (Astragalus cicer L.) in the distress conditions of the Central Anatolian Region. In terms of the character examined, there is a significant variation in the current population. As a result, the plants with superior characteristics are selected and the basic material for the next phase of healing is obtained. The research was carried out between 2001 and 2003 in the experimental fields located in Haymana of the Central Research Institute of Farm Plants. Morphological characteristics have been identified as 69.45 cm, 5.14 mm, 106,57 cm, and phenological characteristics have been identified as 73.96 days, 84.07 days and 82.50 days, according to the average number of first flowering days, the number of flowering days and the number of fruit bonding days. The average productivity per plant is measured at 277,01 g (40,0–940,0 g). The estimated value of performance has been found in a positive and significant relationship with the phenological characteristics studied and the negative and morphological characteristics. The difference between the resource population and the characteristics of the selected population being studied has been found significant in addition to the sleeping condition. 121 plants have been selected with superior characteristics from the 566 plants found in the source population. This new population, which consists of selected plants, can be used as a basic material in the development of varieties.
