Намик Кемаль является выдающимся литературным критиком старо-турецкой литературы. Он всячески критиковал воображение, язык и литературное искусство древнетюркской литературы, которая, по его мнению, находилась под влиянием иранской литературы, и предложил людям полезную и идеальную литературную модель, которая брала свое начало с Запада. По его словам, самый важный жанр этой новой литературы - театр. Поскольку театр, после увиденного и услышанного, побуждает людей задумываться и способствует развитию в образовании. Таким образом в литературной модели, предоставленной Намык Кемалем особое место, занимает его убеждение «искусство для общества». Целью данного исследования является обсуждение критики Намык Кемаля в древне турецкой литературе. В этом контексте работы Намык Кемаля были отсканированы, а критика старой литературы и защита новой литературы и новых жанров были объяснены. Работы Намык Кемаля были проанализированы с помощью метода анализа документов, таким образом проверив его критику. Проанализировав информацию, полученную в результате анализа произведений Намык Кемаля, была выявлена критика старой турецкой литературе.
Namik Kemal is a man of letters, who comes into prominence with his criticism against classical Turkish literature. The author, who criticized the imaginary world, language and literary arts of the classical Turkish literature, offered an ideal literary proposal that will be useful for the public and will be developed under the influence of the Western instead of that period that he thought was influenced by Iranian literature. According to him, the theater is the most important type of this new literature. As the theater addresses both eyes and ears, it encourages people to think and also it contributes to the education of people. Thus, the starting point of Namik Kemal’s thoughts, “art is for society” approach, comes to life in the ideal literary characteristics that he has proposed. The aim of the study is to examine the criticism of Namık Kemal about classical Turkish literature. In this context, the Works of Namık Kemal werw inspected and the criticism about the calassical literature and the defense of new literature werw explained. Namik Kemal's works were analyzed by using document analysis method and hence it was possible to examine his criticism. The information obtained as a result of the analysis of his works was interpreted and consequently his criticisms about Turkish literature were put forward.
