Gebelerde Farklı Trimesterlerde Eser Element ve Oksidatif Stres Değişimlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Gebelikte, çeşitli eser element ve oksidatif stres içeren metabolik ve oksidatif değişiklikler görülür. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, normal gebelikte trimesterlere göre çinko, bakır konsantrasyonlarını ve oksidatif durumunu değerlendirmekti. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 1. Trimesterde olan 30 (T1), 2. Trimesterde olan 30 (T2), 3. Trimesterde olan 30 (T3) primipar gebe ile aynı yaş grubunda gebe olmayan 30 sağlıklı kadın (Kontrol) dahil edildi. Tüm bireylerden serum Çinko, Bakır, MDA, GPX ve Katalaz düzeyleri bakıldı. Bulgular: Çinko ve bakır, gebeliğin üçüncü üç aylık dönemine kadar artarak devam etmiştir, burada ise hafif bir düşüklük görülmüştür. (sırasıyla, p = 0.000 ve p=0.003).MDA da her trimesterde düzensiz değişimler gözlenirken GPX'te kontrol ve trimesterlerde anlamlı bir değişim gözlenmedi. Katalaz seviyelerinde ise kontrol grubunda gebelik trimesterlerine yüksek olmakla birlikte gebelik trimesteri ilerledikçe Katalaz düzeyi artmaktaydı. Sonuç: Gebe kadınlarda farklı trimesterlerde eser elementlerin profilleri değişkendi. Eser elementlerin serumdaki tek bir defa ölçümü, hamilelik boyunca seviyelerini tanımlamak için yeterli görünmemektedir.

Examination of element and oxidative stress changes in different trimesters in pregnancy

Abstract:

Purpose: During pregnancy, metabolic and oxidative changes containing various element and oxidative stress occur. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the concentrations of zinc, copper and its oxidative status according to trimesters in normal pregnancy. Method and Method: Work 1. 30 (T1) in the trimester, 2. 30 (T2) in the trimester, 3. 30 (T3) primipar pregnancy in the trimester included 30 healthy women (Control) who were not pregnant in the same age group. Serum levels of Zinc, Copper, MDA, GPX and Catalase were looked at from all individuals. The findings: Zinc and copper continued to increase until the third three months of pregnancy, where there was a slight decline. p = 0,000 and p = 0.003 respectively. The MDA also observed irregular changes in each trimester while there was no significant change in the control and trimester in the GPX. The levels of catalase were high in the control group and the trimesters of pregnancy were high while the levels of catalase were increasing as the trimesters of pregnancy progressed. The result: the profiles of the element in the different trimesters in pregnant women have changed. A single-time measurement of the element in the serum does not seem sufficient to determine their levels during pregnancy.
