The aim of this study is to reveal the opinions of the teachers who have inclusive students in their class, about the process of diagnosing students by Guidance Research Centers in diagnosing students. This research was carried out with a total of 20 primary school teachers who are inclusion students in their classes in primary schools located in the city center of Sivas. The research was designed in the case study model, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The data obtained in the research were analyzed by content analysis technique. As a result of the research; It is stated that the diagnosis made in RAMs is not made according to objective criteria, classroom teachers cannot meet face-to-face with the personnel working in the RAMs, they try to communicate with the help of the school guidance service or by phone/mail, and the school guidance service is an important factor in the step of directing the student to the RAM. and it was found that the RAMs should cooperate with the schools in directing the diagnosed student to the appropriate schools. In general, it has been concluded that it is a necessity for the staff working in RAMs to cooperate with school administrators and teachers while making diagnosis and placement, and to take the opinions of the classroom guidance teacher while diagnosing students.
