Bu araştırmada seçilmiş ülkeler ve Türkiye’de tarımsal kredi piyasasının genel durumu, bankaların tarımsal kredi uygulamaları karşılaştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Seçili ülkelerde tarımsal finansman alt yapısı, teminat şartları, kredi değerlendirmelerde sadece raiting / skoring sorguları üzerinden yapılmakta olduğu, bankacılıkta ciddi kayıt alt yapısı ile Türkiye’den ayrıldığı görülmekte olup, bu sistemin birçok yönü ile Türkiye için ciddi olarak ele alınması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.
In this study, the selected countries and the overall status of the agricultural credit market in Turkey, the agricultural credit practices of the banks have been tried to compare. In selected countries, the understruct of agricultural financing, the warranty conditions, the credit assessments are only done through the ratings / score queries, the banking is seen to be separated from Turkey with a serious substruct of registration, and many aspects of this system are considered to be seriously treated for Turkey.
In this study it's aimed to compare agricultural credit market conditions and agricultural loan practices of commertial banks in selected countries and in Turkey. In selected countries, agricultural financing infrastructure, collateral requirements and credit evaluations are made only through raiting / skoring queries. It is considered that this system is very different from Turkish style and must be evaluated according to Turkey.
