Bu çalışmada Chen (2016) tarafından Hong Kong ve Mainland China bölgesindeki öğretmenlerden toplanan veriler ile geliştirilen Öğretmen Duygu Ölçeği’nin Türkiye kültürüne uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye’nin yedi bölgesinde çeşitli branşlarda öğretmenlik yapan 366’si kadın ve 232’si erkek olmak üzere 598 öğretmenden online ortamda hazırlanan bir ölçme aracı ile veri toplanmıştır. Keyif alma, sevgi, üzüntü, öfke ve korku seklindeki beş faktörlü yapının Türkiye’deki öğretmenler üzerinde doğrulanıp doğrulanmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılan DFA sonuçlarına göre beş faktörlü bu model için uyum indeksleri yeterli düzeydedir. ÖDÖ’nun güvenirliği, Cronbach Alfa katsayısı ile iç tutarlık bağlamında incelenmiştir. Buna göre ölçeğin genelinden elde edilen puanların güvenirliği yüksektir.
This study aimed at adapting the Teacher Emotion Scale to the Turkish culture, developed by Chen (2016) with data collected from teachers in the Hong Kong and Mainland China region. For this purpose, data were collected by a measurement tool prepared online from 598 teachers, including 366 women and 232 men, who teach in various branches in seven regions of Turkey. The five-factor structure of pleasure, love, sadness, anger and fear in the secle of enjoyment, according to the DFA results made in order to determine whether the five-factor structure in the secle of pleasure, love, sadness, anger and fear is verified on the teachers in Turkey according to the five-factor conformity index for this model is sufficient. The reliability of the CRO was studied in the context of internal consistency with the Cronbach Alfa ratio. The reliability of the scores obtained from the scale is high.
