Otebay Turmanjanov was born in 1904 in a painful and difficult period of two centuries. The years in which the formations of contemporary Kazakh literature began to flourish are equal to its early childhood and youth periods. The beginning of the twentieth century is a period of rapid and challenging historical processes for the Turkistan geography. It is Turmanjanov, who was born in such a difficult period, growing in absence and misery, who was given the fortune of the wind of the reform, which began with the October Revolution of 1917, and found the opportunity to place and receive education from the streets in which he prayed, with the educational reform and the mobility of the school. Turmanjanov is a literary poet who has contributed to the formation of contemporary Kazakh literature, which has been raised by these difficult conditions. The Tsarsky influenced Turmanjanov, like all the poets of the period, as the new political atmosphere formed by the collapse of Russia and the establishment of the Soviet Union. The "make" subject that the political atmosphere orders to writers and poets in a sense is one of the most discussed literary subjects of that time. This study will be given information about the life and literary personality of Ötebay Turmanjanov, who has not been sufficiently recognised due to political ban and deportation, but has made valuable contributions to the formation of contemporary Kazakh literature, and will then be focused on the theme of the poet's poems.
