Canlılarda doğum ve yaşamdan sonra, hayatın geçiş dönemlerinden sonuncusu olan ölüm, Türk halk edebiyatının anlatmaya dayalı türlerinden olan masallarda da karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Okuduğumuz metinlerde karşımıza çıkan masallardaki hayvanların iyilik karşılığında nasıl mükâfatlandırıldıkları; kötülük karşılığında ise nasıl cezalandırıldıkları, bu yolla da neticenin hangi deyimlerle açıklanabileceği sorusuna cevap bulmayı amaçlamaktadır. Yazıya geçirilen deyimler; masallarda çıkan dersle anlam bütünlüğü yönüyle karşılaştırılarak tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bu çalışmada; masallarda geçen “ölüm” motifinin canlılarda nasıl tecelli ettiğinin tespiti, tahlili; sebepleri ve sonuçları deyimlerle birlikte verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunu yaparken çalışma üç bölüme ayrılmış olup; birinci bölüm kendi içerisinde beş başlık altında incelenirken; ikinci ve üçüncü bölümler tek başlık altında değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın kaynakça bölümünde belirtilen kaynaklar ve bunlardan alınan masal örneklerine deyimler atfedilerek açıklama yöntemiyle bunlardan ders çıkarılmıştır. Yine bu kaynaklardan yola çıkarak sonraki çalışmalarda daha geniş anlamda yapılması hem masal örneklerinin çoğalmasını hem de masallara göre atfedilen deyimlerin geniş bir şekilde yer alması varsayımını güçlü tutmaktadır.
After birth and life in animals, death, which is the last of life’s transitional periods, is also seen in the stories that are based on the narrative of Turkish folk literature. In the texts we read, it is intended to find answers to the question of how the animals in the fairy tales are rewarded in return for good, and how they are punished in return for evil, and in this way the result can be explained in what words. The words translated into the scriptures are compared with the lessons that come in the story with the meaning of the whole. At the same time, in this study, it was attempted to identify how the "death" motives in the fairy tales were presented in the living; the causes and consequences were given together with the words. The work is divided into three sections; the first part is studied under five titles in itself; the second and third sections are evaluated under one title. The source of the study in the source section and the examples taken from them are referred to by the explanation method of the study. Again, starting from these sources, making it in a wider sense in the subsequent studies keeps strong the assumption that both the multiplication of the fairy tales and the assumption that the statements attributed to the fairy tales are widely included.

It aims to find an answer to the question of how the animals in the fairy tales that we come across in the texts we read are rewarded for good and how they are punished for evil, and in this way, with what idioms the result can be explained. The idioms that were written down were determined by comparing the lesson in fairy tales in terms of meaning integrity. At the same time, in this study, the determination, analysis, reasons and results of how the death motif in fairy tales manifest in living things are tried to be given together with idioms. The study is divided into three parts, and the first part is examined under five titles, while the second and third parts are evaluated under a single title. The sources mentioned in the bibliography section of the study and the examples of stories taken from them were attributed to idioms and lessons were learned from them by the method of explanation. Again, starting from these sources, making it in a wider sense in later studies keeps the assumption that both the examples of stories and the idioms attributed to the stories take place in a wide way.
