The purpose of this paper isto preparing educational units according to the rotation strategy in the development of cognitive achievement and basic skills in gymnastics for the fourth stage students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of equal groups for its relevance to the nature of the research problem. The research community consisted of the fourth stage students, who numbered (40) students for the year as for the conclusions, that rotation has contributed positively in the post-tests to the development of the level of skill performance and cognitive achievement in futsal.The recommendations are to conduct studies for other teaching strategies and for different sports (individual - team).
