Kısaca kutsalın ifadesi olan “din” bu yönüyle sabitliğin ve değişmezliğin de ifadesi kabul edilir. Kur’an’da tevhidin ve kulluğun ifadesi olarak din kavramı peygamberlerin ortak tebliğ amacıdır. Dinin evrensel ve değişmez kabul edilen bu boyutunun yanında, insan ilişkilerini düzenlemeye yönelik değişken, dinamik ve yerel bir yapısının olduğunu da belirtmek gerekir. Daha çok düzenlemelerin bağlamına işaret eden bu yön aslında onun evrenselliğinin de garantörü gibidir. Aksi takdirde ilk düzenlemeleri yapan ayetler zamana, yeni algı ve örflere yenik düşerek kendilerinden sonrası için uygulanma imkânı ve zemini bulamazlar. Bu makalede toplumsal ve beşeri düzenlemeleri sağlayan ahkâma dair ayet ve hadislerin bazılarının bağlamının ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. Dilsel ve dil dışı olarak adlandırılan bu bağlamların tespiti son derece önemlidir. Çünkü bağlam değiştiğinde hüküm de değişir.
In short, the expression of the holy "religion" in this regard is also the expression of stability and immutability.
