In this study, it studied the growth performance of yellow kantarone (Hypericum perforatum) oil added to the feed of peanut fish (Cyprinus carpio) and the effects on some blood parameters. For this purpose, 3 different trial meals containing yellow cantaron oil were prepared at levels of 0 g/kg (SKY0), 5 g/kg (SKY5) and 10 g/kg (SKY10). The study was continued for a period of 60 days so that 3,07 ± 0,02 g of puppy fish in 40 L plastic tanks will be 30 persons per tank. At the end of the test, the live weight increase and specific growth rates of SKY5 group fish were clearly different from other groups (p<0,05). It has been found that the number of erythrosites in fish in the different proportions added to food has not caused any difference in the amount of hemoglobin and hematocrit (p>0,05). In the serum biochemical findings of fish, yellow cantaron oil has been found to cause a clear difference between the groups (p<0,05). As a result, it may be recommended that the yellow cantaron oil added to the meal in proportion to 5g/kg on growth performance and blood parameters can be used without negative effects.
