Abstract:

Bitki paraziti nematodlar (Tylenchida: Nematoda) (BPN) sebze ve meyve yetiştirilen alanlarda ekonomik düzeyde ürün kayıplarına neden olabilen zararlı gruplarından biridir. Bu çalışmada Tokat (Türkiye) ilinde (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Reşadiye, Turhal ve Yeşilyurt ilçeleri) domates (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.), hıyar (Cucumis sativus L.), biber (Capsicum annuum L.) ve patlıcan (Solanum melongena L.) yetiştirilen sebze alanlardaki Tylenchida (Nematoda) takımına ait BPN’ler faunistik ve taksonomik olarak incelenmiştir. 2015 yılında nematod türlerinin erginlerinin yoğun olduğu yaz ayları boyunca 39 bahçeden toprak ve kök örnekleri alınmış, alınan bu örneklerden nematodlar ekstrakte edilmiş, preparatları yapılmış ve Tylenchida takımına ait nematodların teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Köklerdeki nematodların elde edilmesinde inkübasyon metodu kullanılmıştır. Nematodlar teşhis için fiksasyona tabi tutulmuştur. Preparatlar halka yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, Tylenchida (Nematoda) takımına bağlı 17 cinse ait 23 tür ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmada Tylenchida takımına ait en yaygın olarak bulunan bitki paraziti türler; domateste Merlinius brevidens, Pratylenchus penetrans ve Helicotylenchus pseudorobustus (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Turhal ve Reşadiye); hıyarda P. thornei ve H. dihystera (Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar ve Reşadiye), biberde Boleodorus thylactus (Yeşilyurt, Niksar, Pazar ve Reşadiye) ve patlıcanda P. thornei (Pazar)’dir. Elde edilen 22 türe ait belirlenen konukçular Tokat için yeni konukçu kaydıdır.

Plant parasite nematodes (Tylenchida: Nematoda) (BPN) is one of the harmful groups that can cause economic product losses in vegetables and fruits cultivated areas. In this study in the province of Tokat (Turkey) (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Reşadiye, Turhal and Yeşilyurt districts) tomatoes (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.The BPNs of the Tylenchida (Nematoda) team in the vegetable fields grown in cattle (Cucumis sativus L.), pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) and salmon (Solanum melongena L.) have been studied in a faunistic and taxonomic way. During the summer months of 2015 in which the adult population of nematod species was intense, 39 samples of soil and root were taken from the gardens, the samples were extracted, preparations were made and the diagnosis of the nematod of the Tylenchida team was made. The incubation method was used to obtain nematodes in the roots. They are subjected to fixation for diagnosis. The preparations are made using the public method. The study found 23 species of 17 species associated with the Tylenchida (Nematoda) team. The most commonly found plant parasites in the study belongs to the Tylenchida team; tomatoes are Merlinius brevidens, Pratylenchus penetrans and Helicotylenchus pseudorobustus (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Turhal and Reşadiye); p. thornei and H. dihystera (Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar and Reşadiye), Boleodorus thylactus (Yeşilurt, Niksar, Pazar and Reşadiye) and p. thornei (Pazar) in the pudding. The obtained 22 types of identified guests are new guests registered for Tokat.

Plant parasitic nematodes (Tylenchida: Nematoda) (PPNs) are one of the harmful pest groups which cause product loss at economical level in vegetables and fruit growing areas. In this study, PPNs belonging to Tylenchida (Nematoda) in tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.), cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) and eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) growing areas in Tokat province (Turkey) (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Reşadiye, Turhal and Yeşilyurt districts) are examined in considering their two main aspects, namely faunistic and taxonomic. In 2015 during the summer months when adult PPNs are more abundant, soil and root samples were taken from 39 vegetable growing areas, nematodes were extracted from these samples, preparations were made and nematodes belonging to the Tylenchida order were identified. Nematodes are fixed for identification. The slides were prepared by ring method. As a result of the study, 17 genera and 23 species belonging to Tylenchida (Nematoda) order were revealed. One of the major pests of the vegetables is root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.) which cause loss of production due to galling and reduction root growth. M. incognita and M. javanica were the only root-knot nematode species identified in Almus, Erbaa, Niksar and Yeşilyurt. The most encountered plant parsitic species of Tylenchida in this study were Merlinius brevidens, Pratylenchus penetrans, Helicotylenchus pseudorobustus in tomato (Almus, Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar, Turhal and Reşadiye), P. thornei and H. dihystera in cucumber (Erbaa, Niksar, Pazar and Reşadiye), Boleodorus thylactus in pepper (Yeşilyurt, Niksar, Pazar and Reşadiye) and P. thornei in eggplant (Pazar). The hosts of 22 species revealed in this study are new hosts record for Tokat.
