Abstract:

Purpose - This research is aimed at measuring the psychological resilience and alienation perceptions of employees in health institutions. The relationship between demographic variables and psychological resilience and alienation has been analyzed. Method - the scan model was used in the study. The research universe is formed by private health institutions located in the Principal District. The method of sampling is preferred in the selection of research sampling. The sample consists of 201 people who work in the relevant health care facilities and voluntarily participate in the survey. The findings - there has been a meaningful relationship between self-perception and civilized state, which is the lower dimension of psychological resistance. The self-perception of single participants is higher than the married participants. There was also a meaningful relationship between age and the lower dimension of social isolation. Discussions - The high psychological resilience for health workers to be able to perform their work effectively is a positive situation both in individual and corporate terms. This study identified factors affecting the psychological resilience of health workers and the isolation that pushed them to be isolated. In our country, measures to reduce the occurrence of health terror will be possible, taking into account the relevant factors.
