Klasik gitar, genç yetişkin her kesimin ilgisini çeken oldukça popüler bir enstrümandır. Ülkemizde gitar daha çok popüler kültür müziğinde kullanılmış, yapılan konserler ve televizyon yayınlarıyla oldukça tanınan bir çalgı haline gelmiştir. Türkiye’de klasik gitarın akademik bir çalgı olarak ortaya çıkması 1970’li yılların sonlarına doğru mümkün olabilmiştir. Türkiye’de ve yurtdışında eğitim almış, bir icracı olarak kendini yetiştirmiş Türk klasik gitar yorumcularının, klasik gitar öğrencilerinin, eğitimcilerinin ve dinleyicilerinin sayısı da giderek artmaktadır. Öte yandan bu icracılardan pek azı akademik çalışmalarını ve derlemelerini bir albüm olarak kayda geçirmişlerdir. Bu çalışmanın problemi, Türk gitaristlerin gerçekleştirdiği albüm çalışmalarının kimler tarafından yapıldığı, hangi eserlerden oluştuğu, ne kadar sayıda olduğu, hangi ses depolama ortamında yayınlandığı ve içeriklerinde neler olduğu gibi konuların ortaya konmasıdır. Bu çalışma ile Türk klasik gitar sanatçılarının icra albümlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Türk klasik gitar sanatçılarının yaptığı icra albüm çalışmaların incelenmesinin, özellikle Türkiye’de, klasik gitar icrası alanında güncel durumun ne yönde olduğunun ortaya konulması ile yeni nesil gitaristlere bu alanda yol göstereceği ve klasik gitar alanındaki çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin toplanmasında genel tarama modellerinden belge tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanması için farklı anahtar ve kelimeler kullanılarak tezler ve makaleler taranmış, kişisel görüşme yoluyla bilgiler edinilmiş, ayrıca belge tarama yoluyla var olan kayıt, belge, elektronik bulgular ve dijital veri akışları incelenmiştir. Araştırmada Türk klasik gitar sanatçılarının albümlerini içeren 61 solo albüm, 27 oda müziği albümü ve 14 karma albüm çalışmasına ulaşılmıştır. Kaydedilen toplam albüm sayısı 102 olarak belirlenmiş ve bu albümlerde çalan toplam 68 gitarist icracı yer almıştır. Albümde yer alan eserler incelendiğinde, Türk klasik gitar sanatçılarının klasik gitar repertuarında yer edinmiş eserlerin yanında, Türk halk ezgilerinden oluşan uyarlamalara da ağırlık verdiği görülmektedir.
Classical guitar is a very popular instrument that attracts the interest of all young adults. In our country, the guitar has become a very well-known play with the most popular cultural music, performed concerts and television broadcasts. The appearance of classical guitar as an academic play in Turkey could have been possible by the late 1970s. The number of Turkish classical guitar interpreters, classical guitar students, educators and listeners who have been trained in Turkey and abroad, who have trained themselves as an executive, is also increasing. On the other hand, a few of these executives have recorded their academic works and collections as an album. The problem of this work is the exposure of topics such as who the Albums works performed by Turkish guitarists, which works are composed, how many are, which sound storage environment is published and what is happening in the content. This work is aimed at studying the executive albums of Turkish classical guitar artists. It is believed that the study of the executive album works by Turkish classical guitar artists, especially in Turkey, will guide the new generation of guitarists in this field and contribute to the work in the classical guitar field. In the collection of the data obtained in the study, a document scan model from general scan models was used. The study scanned the theses and articles using different keywords and words for data collection, obtained information through personal conversation, and also studied the records, documents, electronic findings and digital data flows that exist through document scan. The study found 61 solo albums, 27 room music albums, and 14 karma albums, which included the albums of Turkish classical guitarists. The total number of recorded albums was 102 and the total number of guitarist performers played in these albums was 68. When the works contained in the album are examined, it appears that Turkish classical guitar artists, in addition to the works in the classical guitar repertoire, also emphasize the adaptations consisting of Turkish people's edges.

The emergence of the classical guitar as an academic instrument in Turkey became possible towards the end of the 1970s. The number of Turkish classical guitar performers, classical guitar students, educators and listeners who have been educated in Turkey and abroad and trained as a performer is increasing. On the other hand, few of these performers have recorded their academic works and arrangements as an album. The problem statement of this study is to reveal the subjects such as who made the album works of Turkish guitarists, what works they consisted of, how many, in which audio storage media they were published and what their contents were. With this study, it is aimed to examine the performance albums of Turkish classical guitar artists. It is thought that examining the performance album works of Turkish classical guitar artists will guide the new generation guitarists in this field and contribute to the studies in the field of classical guitar, especially by revealing the current situation in the field of classical guitar performance in Turkey. Document scanning model, one of the general research models, was used to collect the data obtained in the research. In the research, theses and articles were scanned using different keywords and words, information was obtained through personal interviews, and records, documents, electronic findings and digital data flows were examined through document scanning. In the research, 61 solo albums, 27 chamber music albums and 14 mixed albums including the albums of Turkish classical guitar artists were reached. The total number of recorded albums was determined as 102 and there were a total of 68 guitarist performers playing in these albums. When the works in the album are examined, it is seen that Turkish classical guitar artists focus on adaptations consisting of Turkish folk melodies in addition to the works that have taken place in the classical guitar repertoire.
