So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Turkish citizens by birth who lost their citizenship by obtaining renunciation permit and their children (blue card holders) are ensured to hold the right to benefi t from the same rights granted to Turkish citizens, except for the military service obligation, the right to vote and to be elected, the right to be employed in public services, the right to import exempted vehicles and household goods according to Turkish Citizenship Law (article 28), provided that the provisions concerning national security and public order are reserved. One of the rights that is not granted to the blue card holders is the right to be employed in public services. “The right to be employed in public services” should be understood as a right to be public personnel. In fact, the restraints to be employed in public services for blue card holders mean that these people are not allowed to be public personnel. However, foreigners can be employed under various types of contracts at the state institutions according to State Civil Servants Law (article 4/B) and some special codes. Because of these provisions, the blue card holders can only work at the state institutions as contracted staff. The blue card holders have the same rights like Turkish citizens except for the right to be public personnel
