Abstract:

Blue Ocean strategies are expressed as strategies that enable organizations to think in an innovative way to sustainable profits. In the health sector, the blue ocean marketing strategy is used to redefine the health market. Blue Ocean Leadership is an action-based type of leadership and focuses not on who leaders should be, but on what they should do. This type of leadership enables organizations to lead effectively in the light of the market facts. The aim of this study is to comprehensively explore the blue ocean strategies and leadership of the blue ocean, which can be expressed as a very new concept for the strategic management area in the health sector. Examples of health care activities are also presented in this study.
