Abstract:

There are many reflections of the language, culture, art and literature of war. The Turkish language, culture and literature history is one of the most researched texts, with its rich content and continues to be the subject of new studies day by day, Dede Korkut Oğuznamesi also contains remarkable examples in terms of the elements of war and especially the war strategies, while the issue in this context is not yet addressed through special studies and at a sufficient level. In this study, which was prepared with attention and need, the subject of war strategies in the Dede Korkut Sonsnames was handled with action from the examples identified through the text. In this direction, the study was first assessed with the main lines of the subject of war in Grandfather's fearful sons. In the course of the study, the examples of war strategies seen in the Dede Korkut Sonsnames were classified under certain subtitles and addressed. In the stories, the appearances in the context of war strategies such as confusion, praise and praise, sleep, awakening from sleep and awakening, prison and military spy, war arrangement and hunting are resolved. Thus, the subject of the war strategies in Grandfather's Fear Sons was tried to be illuminated.
