POTANSİYEL İŞGÜCÜNE SAHİP BİREYLERİN İŞGÜCÜNE DAHİL OLMAMA NEDENLERİNİN İSTATİSTİKSEL ANALİZİ

Abstract:

Günümüzde ülkelerin kalkınmışlığı hem ekonomik göstergeler hem de sosyal ve kültürel gelişmişlikle ölçülür. Ekonomik göstergeler içinde en önemli rol, işgücü piyasasındadır. İşgücü piyasası incelendiğinde çalışma çağındaki kurumsal olmayan nüfus gibi çok önemli bir kavram ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu nüfus iş gücüne dahil olanların ve işgücüne dahil olmayanların nüfusunu göstermektedir. Yapılan çalışmada, TUİK iş gücü istatistiklerine göre, çalışma çağındaki kurumsal olmayan nüfusun içinde yer alan ve işgücüne dahil olmayan nüfusun iş gücüne dahil olmama nedenleri incelenecektir. 15 yaş üzerinde bulunan bireylerin 2021 yılına ait verilen üç çeyrekte cinsiyetlerine göre iş gücüne dahil olmama nedenleri dikkate alınarak analiz edilmiştir. TUİK tarafından elde edilen veriler analiz edildiğinde, potansiyel işgücünde olan bireylerin 2021 yılı çeyreklerine göre hem iş gücüne dahil olmama nedenleri arasında hem de potansiyel işgücünde olan bireylerin cinsiyetlerine göre işgücüne dahil olmama nedenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark vardır. Yapılan çalışmada bağımlı değişken olarak iş gücüne dahil olmama nedeni alınarak multinominal lojistik regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır

Abstract:

Today, the development of countries is measured by both economic indicators and social and cultural development. The most important role in economic indicators is the labour market. When the labour market is studied, a very important concept as the non-institutional population in the working age appears. This population represents the population of those who are involved in labour and those who are not involved in labour. According to the workforce statistics, the study will study the reasons for the non-institutional population in the working age and the non-workforce population being included in the workforce. The analysis of the reasons for the inclusion in the workforce by the gender of individuals over the age of 15 was taken into account in the three quarters of 2021. When the data obtained by the TUIC are analyzed, there is a significant difference between the reasons for the potential workers to be included in the workforce and the reasons for the potential workers to be included in the workforce according to gender in the quarter of 2021. The study conducted a multinational logistical regression analysis, taking into account the reason why I was involved in the workforce as a dependent variable.

When the labour market is examined, a very important concept such as the non-institutional population of working age emerges. This population shows the population of those who are in the labour force and those who are not in the labour force. In this study, TURKSTAT labour force statistics. The reasons for not being included in the labour force were examined. Reasons of not being in labour force in 2021 quarters (1.2. and 3.) for individuals over the age of 15 were examined. As a result, there is a significant differnce among the reasons why individuals are not being included in the labour force according to their gender. The reason for not being included in the labour force were taken as the dependent variable in the study. Multinomial logistic regression analysis was applied to these data.
