Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de silahlı kuvvetlerin askerî eğitim aracılığıyla yarattığı etkinin askerî müdahaleler ile ilişkisini analiz etmektir. Araştırma verileri; literatür taraması-ikincil kaynaklar, gözlem ve mülakat veri toplama teknikleriyle elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada siyasi kültür, askerî kültür ve askerî eğitimin askerî müdahaleleri tetikleyecek kodlar içerebileceği ve Türk toplumundaki demokrasi talebi ile uyumlu bir demokratik gözetim modelinin, diyalog, iş birliği, değer ve hedef paylaşımına dayalı bir sivil ve asker elitler uzlaşısı çerçevesinde kurulması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.
