Öz: Bu çalışmada Sa’d b. Rebî’ ve Abdurrahman b. Avf’ın kardeşliğini ifade eden rivayet incelenmiştir. Söz konusu rivayete göre Hz. Peygamber Medîne’de Sa’d b. Rebî’ ve Abdurrahman b. Avf’ı kardeş kılmıştır. Ensar’dan olan Sa’d b. Rebî’ maddi olarak zengin ve iki kadınla evliydi. Bunun üzerine Sa’d kardeşi kılınan İbn Avf’a malını bölüşmeyi ve hanımlarından birisini boşayıp kendisiyle evlendirmeyi teklif etmiştir. Ancak Abdurrahman b. Avf bunlardan hiçbirisini kabul etmeyip ticaret yapmak üzere pazarın yolunu tarif etmesini istemiştir. Sa’d’ın eşlerinden birisini boşayıp İbn Avf’la evlendirme önerisi zihinlerde bir takım şüphe ve sorulara yol açmaktadır. Bu sorulara cevap sadedinde yola çıkılarak söz konusu rivayet hem sened hem de metin açısından ele alınmıştır. Öncelikle senedde yer alan râvilerin durumu incelenecek ve hadis münekkitlerinin onlarla ilgili kanaatleri tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra rivayet metin tenkidi açısından tahlil ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda cahiliye dönemi ve Hz. Peygamber’in risaletine başladığı dönemde çok evlilik meselesi ve sahabe arasında gerçekleştirilen muâhât sistemi incelenmiş bu iki husus bağlamında söz konusu rivayetin sıhhatinin tespiti yapılmıştır. Bununla beraber rivayetin farklı tarikleri ele alıp rivayetle ilgili ortak bir metin inşa edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hadis, boşama, sened, metin, çok evlilik. Abstract: In this study, the narrative which expresses the brotherhood of Sa’d b. Rebî’ and Abdurrahman b. Avf will be examined. According to the narrative, the Prophet Muhammad made Sa’d b. Rebî’ and Abdurrahman b. Avf brothers in Medina. As a member of Ansar, Sa’d b. Rebî’ was financially rich and married to two women. Then Sa’d offered Ibn Avf, who was made his brother, to divide his property and to divorce his wife for marrying her to Ibn Avf. However, Abdurrahman b. Avf did not accept any of these and asked him to give directions of the market path for trade. Sa’d’s offer to divorce one of his wives and marry her to Ibn Avf raises a number of doubts and questions in minds. This narrative will be handled both in terms of deed and text in the answer to these questions. First, the status of the narrators in the deed will be examined and the opinions of the hadith critics about them will be determined. The narrative will then be analyzed for text criticism. In this regard, the issue of polygamy and the settlement/brotherhood system carried out by the Companions will be examined for the age of ignorance and for the period when the Prophet Muhammad began his treatise, and within the context of these two issues, the soundness of the said narrative will be determined. In addition, the different passages of the narrative will be addressed, and a common text will be tried to be constructed. Keywords: Hadith, divorce, deed, text, polygamy
In this study, the righteousness of Sa’d B. Rebî and Abdurrahman B. Avf is examined. According to the report, Hz.
