Kur’ân Araplar’ın dili üzerine nâzil olmuş olsa da birçok açıdan kendine has dil ve üslûp özelliklerine sahiptir. Zira Kur’ân-ı Kerîm, kelimelere yüklemiş olduğu özgün anlamlarla Arap dilinin kullanımlarıyla sınırlı kalmamış ve ayrıca zengin üslûp özellikleriyle birçok açıdan Arap dilinden farklılaşmıştır. Kur’ân’ın bu yönü, nâzil olduğu dönemdeki muhataplarını da etkisi altına almıştır. Nitekim dönemin Arap şairleri Kur’ân’ın bu eşsiz yönüne dair hayranlıklarını dile getirmişlerdir. Ayrıca birçok müşrik, iman etmediği halde Kur’ân’ın özgün üslûbunun etkisinde kalmıştır. Rivayetler müşriklerin Kur’ân’ın etkisinden çıkamadıklarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bunun olması da tabiidir. Zira Kur’ân’ın Allah Teâlâ tarafından nâzil olması, ona ilâhî bir boyut kazandırmış ve onu belagatin en üst seviyesine çıkarmıştır. Bu sebeple de geçmişten günümüze değin birçok alim, Kur’ân dilinin özgün yönlerini araştırma konusu yapmıştır. Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in neredeyse her kelimesinin birçok anlama delâlet etmesi, kelimelerin bağlam açısından farklı anlamlar kazanması, Kur’ân’ın Araplar’ın kullandığı kelimelere yeni anlamlar kazandırması gibi etkenler bu konudaki araştırmaların süreklilik kazanmasına yol açmıştır. Kur’ân’ın edebî ve beyânî yönünü ön plana çıkarmak isteyen her bir alim, bu alana dair önemli tespitler ortaya koymuştur. Zira bu alanın güncelliğini sürekli koruması yapılan çalışmaların devamlılık arz etmesine imkân sağlamıştır. Bu sebeple de klasik dönemde başlayan bu çalışmalar artarak devam etmiştir. Şa‘râvî de bu isimlerden biridir. Onun tefsiri, Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönünü ön plana çıkarmayı merkeze koyan tefsirlerdendir. Hatta onun tefsirinin merkezini oluşturan konulardan birinin Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönüne ışık tutmak olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Şa‘râvî’ye göre Kur’ân’ın bu özgün yönü evrenselliğinin bir yansımasıdır. Zira Hz. Peygamber’in Kur’ân’ın tamamını tefsir etmemesi, Kur’ân’ın kıyamete kadar i’câzının bir göstergesi olarak anlam zenginliklerinin ortaya çıkarılmasına olanak sunmaktadır. Bu sebeple de Kur’ân’ın anlatım tarzındaki zenginliklerin ve içerdiği mesajların sürekli güncelliğini koruduğunu ifade etmektedir. Bu bağlamda onun tefsirine bakıldığında birçok açıdan Kur’ân’ın bu yönünü ön plana çıkardığı görülmektedir. Şa’ravi Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönünü ön plana çıkarıp kelime ve cümlelerin delâlet ettiği derin anlamların tespitini son derece önemsemektedir. Bu araştırmada onun Kur’ân’ın edebî ve beyânî yönüne dair tespit ve değerlendirmelerinde çok özgün yönleri olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Onun Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönünü sadece birkaç kelime üzerinden ortaya koymadığı bilakis bütüncül ve derinlikli bir yaklaşımla Kur’ân’ın çok yönlü edebî ve beyânî özelliklerine odaklandığı görülmüştür. Onun Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönünü ön plana çıkarmada odaklandığı en önemli konulardan biri, Kur’ân’ın kelimelerinin taşıdığı anlam zenginliğini ön plana çıkarmasıdır. Bu bağlamda onun Kur’ân kelimelerinin anlamlarını ortaya çıkarırken, Kur’ân diline atıfta bulunduğu ve böylelikle Kur’ân ifadelerin insan ruhu ve duyguları üzerindeki etkisini somutlaştırmaya çalıştığı ve bunu da başarılı bir şekilde yansıttığı örnekler üzerinden ortaya konmuştur. Mecâzî ifadeleri de Kur’ân bağlamından hareketle somutlaştırmaya özen gösterdiği ve böylelikle arka planda âyetten kastedilen anlamı belirginleştirmeye odaklandığı görülmüştür. Bu bağlamda üzerinde durduğu konulardan biri de i’câz olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Onun düşüncesinde i’câzın sadece Kur’ân’ın dil özellikleriyle sınırlı olmadığı Kur’ân’ın hakikatlerini, üslûbunu, kıssalarını, Kur’ân’ın Tevrat ve İncil’den tashih ettiği öğretilerini, beşeriyetin bilmediği konuları da i’câzın bir parçası olarak gördüğü anlaşılmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra onun Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönünü, kıssalardan hareketle de ele aldığı, bu bağlamda Kur’ân’ın bir konuyu tekrara kaçmadan özgün bir anlatım tarzıyla ele alabildiğini, isimlere odaklanmaktan ziyade mesajı ön plana çıkarabildiğini, Kur’ân’ın zaman ve mekânı aşan mesajlar taşıyabildiğini vurgulayarak Kur’ân’ın beyânî yönlerini somutlaştırmaya çalıştığı tespit edilmiştir.
Although the Qur’an was revealed in the language of the Arabs, it has its own linguistic and stylistic characteristics in many respects. Because the Qur’an is not limited to the uses of the Arabic language with the unique meanings it attributes to the words, and it also differs from the Arabic language in many aspects with its rich stylistic features. This aspect of the Qur’an also influenced its addressees at the time it was revealed. As a matter of fact, Arab poets of the period expressed their admiration for this unique aspect of the Qur’an. In addition, many polytheists were influenced by the original style of the Qur’an, even though they did not believe in it. Narrations reveal that the polytheists could not escape the influence of the Qur’an. This is normal, because the revelation of the Qur’an by Allah Almighty gave it a divine dimension and raised it to the highest level of eloquence. For this reason, many scholars from past to present have researched the original aspects of the Qur’an language. Factors such as the fact that almost every word of the Qur’an indicates many meanings, the words gaining different meanings depending on the context, and the Qur’an giving new meanings to the words used by the Arabs have led to the continuity of research on this subject. Each scholar who wants to highlight the literary and expressive aspects of the Qur’an has made important determinations in this field. The constant up-to-dateness of this field has enabled the continuity of the studies carried out. For this reason, these studies, which started in the classical period, continued increasingly. Sha'ravî is one of these names. His tafsir is one of the tafsir that focuses on highlighting the expressive aspect of the Qur’an. It is even possible to say that one of the central issues of his exegesis is to shed light on the expressive aspect of the Qur’an. According to Sha'ravi, this unique aspect of the Qur’an is a reflection of its universality. The fact that the Prophet did not interpret the entire Qur’an provides the opportunity to reveal its richness of meaning, which is an indication of the Qur’an's miracle until the end of time. For this reason, he states that the richness of the Qur'an's narrative style and the messages it contains always remain up-to-date. In this context, when we look at his commentary, it is seen that he highlights this aspect of the Qur’an in many aspects. Sha'ravi emphasizes the expressive aspect of the Qur’an and attaches great importance to the determination of the deep meanings that words and sentences indicate. In this research, it has been understood that he has very original aspects in his determinations and evaluations regarding the expressive aspect of the Qur’an. It has been seen that he did not reveal the expressive aspect of the Qur’an in just a few words, but rather focused on the multifaceted expressive features of the Qur’an with a holistic approach. One of the most important issues he focuses on in highlighting the expressive aspect of the Qur’an is highlighting the richness of meaning carried by the words of the Qur’an. In this context, it has been revealed through examples that while revealing the meanings of the words of the Qur'an, he referred to the language of the Qur'an and thus tried to concretize the effect of Qur'anic expressions on the human soul and emotions. It has been observed that he cared to concretize metaphorical expressions based on the context of the Qur'an and thus focused on clarifying the meaning of the verse in the background. In this context, it was understood that one of the topics he focused on was miraculousness. According to him, miraculousness is not limited to the linguistic features of the Qur’an; It has been understood that he sees the truths, style, stories of the Qur’an, the teachings of the Qur’an corrected by the Torah and the Bible, and the subjects unknown to humanity as a part of miraculousness. In addition, he deals with the expressive aspect of the Qur’an based on stories. In this context, the Qur’an handles a subject with an original style of expression without repetition, highlights the message rather than focusing on names. It has been determined that he tried to concretize the expressive aspects of the Qur’an by emphasizing that it can carry messages that transcend time and space.
