Bu çalışmanın amacı AKP’nin 2002-2010 yılları arasında Cumhuriyet’in kurucu ideolojisi Kemalizm ve onu benimsemiş (Kemalist) toplum kesimleri ve yerleşik iktidar yapısıyla (establishment) girdiği güç mücadelesi ve buna istinaden geçirdiği karakter dönüşümünün analiz edilmesidir. Analiz, Kemalist tarih anlatısının ulusal bayram olarak belirlediği 19 Mayıs Atatürk’ü Anma, Gençlik ve Spor Bayramı, 23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve Çocuk Bayramı, 30 Ağustos Zafer Bayramı ve Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri Anma Günü, 29 Ekim Cumhuriyet Bayramı kapsamında düzenlenen resmi tören ve davetlerdeki AKP’nin konumu üzerinden yapılacaktır. Bu güç mücadelesine ilişkin AKP’yi siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik açılardan ele alan çalışmalar yapılmış olsa da bu mücadeleyi toplumsal bellek çalışmaları perspektifinden anma törenleri literatürünü kullanarak analiz eden başka bir çalışma bulunmamaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada önce bugünlerin neden ulusal bayram olarak ilan edildiğini açıklamak amacıyla savaşların geçmiş anlatısı bakımından ulus devletler için anlamına ve ardından ulusal bayramların kutlanmasının neden önemli olduğuna değinilecektir. Son olarak AKP’nin törenlerdeki konumu itibarıyla bu güç mücadelesinde Kemalizm’in önce bir memuru, sonra 2010 yılına kadarki süreyle sınırlandırılarak, zorunlu misafiri olduğu gösterilecektir.
The aim of this study is to analyze the founder ideology of the Republic of the Republic between 2002-2010 and the power struggle and the character transformation of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic. The analysis will be carried out through the place of the AKP in the official ceremonies and invitations held within the framework of the National Day of 19 May Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day, 30 August Victory Day and the Day of Remembrance of the Turkish Armed Forces, 29 October Republic Day. Although studies have been conducted to address the AKP on this power struggle from a political, social, and economic point of view, there is no other study that analyzes this struggle from the perspective of social memory studies using the literature of the ceremonies of remembrance. In this context, the study will first point out why these days are declared as a national holiday in terms of the history of wars, the meaning for the national states and then why the celebration of the national holidays is important. Finally, according to the position of the AKP in the ceremonies, in this power struggle, Kemalism will be shown to be a mandatory guest, limited to the period until 2010.
