Abstract:

The problems and solutions proposals of the companies that manufacture nuts mixing machines operating in Samsun have been assessed within this work. The research data was obtained by the survey method, by making a complete count. The prepared survey forms are filled with the necessary information and data through inter-conversations with the managers and employees, going to the 12 established enterprises. In the framework of the survey, the problems faced by the manufacturers of nuts mixing machines with the availability of tools and machines, existing production and technical capacities, capital and raw materials, energy consumption, production forms, marketing possibilities. The survey forms are filled on the basis of the information and observations provided. The data obtained in the study includes the production period of 2022. According to the results of the survey obtained, the manufacturing companies have established that the current production status of the region needs the need for the nuts mixing machine at a sufficient level, and that they do not have sufficient knowledge about support and grants. Moreover, manufacturing companies have that they do not find sufficient quality and quality qualified elements in their production business. For this purpose, we need to encourage the skilled staff to be trained in terms of technical knowledge and skills, while informing companies to develop their entrepreneurial and innovative aspects.
