In this study, it was aimed to compare the self-confidence levels of the students studying at the Faculty of Sport Sciences according to gender, department and grade levels. The population of the research is the departments of Recreation, Sports Management, Coaching Education, Physical Education and Sports Teaching in Pamukkale University. The sample group consisted of 355 students studying in these departments by random sampling method. Of this sample group, 156 were female and 199 were male. The data were obtained from the self-confidence scale developed by Akın (2007)1 After a one-to-one interview with the sample group, they were informed about the subject and completed the scale. Obtained data were transferred to computer by using SPSS 22 statistical program for statistical process. Frequency, Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H tests were performed. In determining the difference between variables .05 significance level was taken as reference. As a result of the data obtained within the scope of the research, we can say that there is no statistically significant difference between genders, class levels and departments (p>0,05).
