Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) suşlarının 145’i (%23,02) ve KNS (Koagülaz negatif stafilokoklar)’lerin 82’si (%58,99) metisiline dirençli bulunmuştur, glikopeptitlere karşı direnç tespit edilmemiştir. Sonuç: Yara enfeksiyonu etkeni olan mikroorganizmalar ve bunların antibiyotik duyarlılıkları belirli zaman aralıklarında ampirik tedaviye ışık tutması açısından belirlenmelidir.
Purpose: This study aims to retrospective assessment of microorganisms isolated from the wound spot samples sent to the Medical Microbiology Laboratory of the University of Nine May Medical Faculty between 2015-2017 years and to identify antibiotic resistance profiles. Tools and Methods: Examples of wound place sent from different clinics to our laboratory in the identification of planted and isolated soils by classic methods are determined by the automated system of Vitek MS (BioMérieux, France) and antibiotic resistance VITEK 2 (BioMerieux, France). Results: In total, 3834 samples consist of 1281 (33,41) gram-positive bacteria, 2487 (64,87) gram-negative bacteria, 52 cins (1,36) fungi, 2 (0,05) fungi and 12 (0,31%) micobacteria. The clinical general surgical clinic (20,76%) where the wound infectious factors are most frequently isolated was identified. The first place among the isolated bacteria is Escherichia coli (E. coli) and the most frequent follow-up is MSSA (Metisilin-sensitive S.aureus) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa). The most sensitive antibiotics of various types of Enterobacteriacea have been found as amikasine, imipenem and meropenem. P. aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii (A. baumannii) is found as the most sensitive antibiotic colystin. 145 staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) acids (23,02) and 82 KNS (coagulate negative staphylococcus) (58,99%) were methyline-resistant, resistence to glycopeptites was not detected. The result: the microorganisms and their antibiotic sensitivities, which are the agent of the wound infection, should be determined in terms of keeping the light to empirical treatment within a certain period of time.
