Abstract:

The term Industry 4.0 is considered as the latest industrial revolution, with the advancement of new forms of production of technological systems, it has an impact on both societies and individuals. This is an indicator that change in a globalized world will be much faster and more effective. It is expected that the educational processes and traditional learning methods will change rapidly and the workforce will be different in this way. In the 2016 World Economic Forum’s “Future Professions” report, the Fourth Industrial Revolution says that developments in the fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, three-dimensional printers, genetics and biotechnology will lead to significant differences in business forms. Technological developments not only facilitate production and make it easier for the customer to reach the products they need, but also incorporate multiple technologies to the creation of new business opportunities for cross-sector sectors. The aim of this research is to study the impact of students on the industry 4.0 awareness and labour quality, taking into account the underdimensions of study and demographic characteristics. It is believed that the study is important because there is a limited number of studies in this field and because the selection of sample is different from other studies. The results of the research, Industry 4. It demonstrates that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the dimensions of their effects on awareness and labour qualities. Also, according to demographic characteristics, there is a difference between the lower dimensions of students’ impact on Industry 4.0 Awareness and Labour Qualifications.
