Резюме В священных брачных текстах древней Месопотамии или в литературных памятниках встречаются фразы со словами «священный\культ\храмовая жрица любви», которые различными учеными трактуются по-разному. Из-за того, что тексты не передают ясный и конкретный смысл, эти понятия являлись предметом постоянных споров. Некоторые считают, что подобные понятия применялись в жизни, другие склонны полагать, что они имеют символическое значение и на практике не применялись. Целью данной статьи является с помощью связянных с темой текстов и слов придти к истинному следствию, или как минимум приблизиться к нему.

In ancient Mesopotamia, the expression "Sacred / Cult / Temple Prostitute" occurring in contexts of Sacred Marriage Texts and used for some words recorded in some literary texts is disparately interpreted by different researchers. Since the texts do not provide sufficient, definite and clear information, the term has been discussed for a long time. Some consider it applied in practice, others simply symbolic and not involved in practice. In this article, the relevant expression and words will be evaluated by considering transitions in the texts and will be tried to a realistic or at least close results.
