Çalışmamızda suçun yapısal unsurlarından olan kusurluluk unsurunun temel şekli olan “kast”, “özel kast”, “eklenen kast”, “tasarlama” alt başlıkları ile ele alınmakta, 5237 sayılı Yeni Türk Ceza Kanunu hükümleri dikkate alınmak suretiyle konuya ilişkin değerlendirmelerde bulunulmaktadır.
