Abstract:

Bu araştırma, Samsun ekolojik koşullarında toprak sıcaklığı bakımından ekim zamanının, keten bitkisinin verim ve verim unsurlarına etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, Meteoroloji Samsun Bölge Müdürlüğü Gözlem İstasyonunda, saksı denemesi biçiminde, Ekim 2003-Temmuz 2004 periyodunda yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada iki keten çeşidi (Antares ve Sarı–85) ve iki ekim zamanı (toprak sıcaklığının 20 oC olduğu 3 Ekim ve toprak sıcaklığının 15 oC olduğu 18 Kasım) kombinasyonu uygulanmış ve bitki boyu, bitkide kapsül sayısı, kapsülde tohum sayısı, 1000-tohum ağırlığı ve bitki başına tohum verimi incelenmiştir.
