Abstract:

İnsanın olduğu yerde “dil” de vardır çünkü o diliyle beraberdir. Dilin insanla bağlantılı hali onu vazgeçilmez kılmıştır. Bu vazgeçilmezlik ise onun kullanılmasına neden olmuştur. Giriş kısmında dilin kavramsal analizi yapılarak, Platon’un felsefesine etki eden, Herakleitos ve Parmenides’in görüşleri irdelendi. Birinci başlıkta diyalog ve diyalektik arasındaki ilişkinin önemi üzerinde durularak retorik kavramına geçiş yapıldı. İkinci başlıkta ise Platon’un yazının ve çarenin tanrısı olarak gördüğü pharmakon kavramının dil felsefesindeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde duruldu. Sonuç kısmında ise pharmakon gibi güçlü bir kuvvetin Sofistlerin eline bırakılmaması ifade edilir ve bu kuvvetin uzmanların elinde soylu bir yalana dönüşmesine izin verilebilir.
