Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to study the articles and the theses made about badminton sports. The method of research is used as a method of document examination. A total of 68 articles obtained from the electronic environment, including 39 master's and 8 doctoral theses, were included in 115 study research. The data has been addressed in terms of writing languages, years, subjects, main topics, research types, sample/work group size and characteristics, authors numbers, published magazines, institutes, consultant titles, page numbers and gender. In the analysis of the data, the SPSS 23 Package Program was used. The results are presented by taking frequencies and percentages. As a result, the majority of the theses were found to be made up of master theses and were made by the Institutes of Health Sciences. It has been seen that the articles have more than 2 authors, they are published in magazines related to the field of sports sciences and the publications are concentrated between the years 2017-2019. The conclusion was that the majority of the articles and the theses were conducted as quantitative research, the sampling size was greater from 11 to 30, the sampling was more active and national team athletes were selected and the studies were conducted to improve the athlete's performance.
