Regarded as one of the most important elements of culture, music has traditional roles such as lullabies, games, entertainment, communication, ceremonies, festivals and improvement It is known that it has different functions, especially educational and economic. It contributes to the effective and qualified performance of these functions in the instruments that create music. In ceremonies, marketing business, mythology and storytelling business, in the hands of travelling musicians, in therapy, etc. We can see instruments in many fields and can easily say that instruments have social roles. Personalization: It is frequently seen in literary works written on instruments. Sometimes the instruments became the complainant and the partner in the complaint. Everything about the human being is animated on the instruments. In the work of Mustafa Ali from Gelibolu titled "Banquet Tables on Manners and Social Rules: Mevâidün Nefâis Fi Kavâidil Mecâlis", the section titled "Describes the Parable of Various Reeds and the Situations of Other Instruments" was used in the study, in which qualitative, content analysis techniques were used by the researcher, personalization, social roles, In addition to making the necessary investigations under the headings of geography, gender, forgotten instruments, comparisons with instrument science studies, etc. Mustafa Ali from Gelibolu was asked to interpret the written text in a hermetic manner by an expert who is competent in his field. In our country, it is known that there are few studies that are sufficient and contribute to the field and are expressed in almost every environment. It is thought that the instruments carry the past with him/her, in other words, play an important role in the fluidity of the culture, in addition to giving a sound, and in this respect, it is thought that the research is original, contributing to the field and important.
